1.Please call 713-722-0395 to confirm same day or within 24 hours service reservations.
2.All no shows will be billed full fare.
3.Cancellations of reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pickup time.
4.A grace period of one hour is given to all international arrivals; there is a $50 extra fee for each additional hour.
5.A grace period of one hour is given to all cruise transfer pickups; there is a $50 extra fee for each additional hour.
6.One bag per passenger for all cruise transfer pickups allowed, there will be a $5 extra fee for any additional bag.
7.There is a $20 extra fee for reservations between 12:00am and 5:00am.
8.There will be a $10 fee for any changes to reservations made within 72 hours prior to event.
1.Payments must be received by the date specified in contract or reservations/events will be subject to immediate cancellation.
2.If direct billing has been arranged and the payment is not received per invoice terms, we have the right to charge the credit card on file for all charges.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
All major credit cards, checks and wire transfers are accepted as of method of payment. All events/reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Please reference any confirmation or reservation number.
